These kao greab pak mor and sa koo are usually sold in the same shop. Kao greab pak mor is a kind of steamed rice-skin dumpling assorted with sautéed minced pork, peanuts, and sweet radish. The same filling is also used for sa koo (tapioca pearl) which is a tapioca dumplings. They are delicious and flavorful treats. Both desserts are topped with crispy fried minced garlics when served. There also is lettuce as a side dish.
