Kaprao Minced Chicken Kai Dao over Rice

This dish ties three things together and it is also a favorite one among street foods.  Kaprao stands for sweet basil leaves.  Kai dao is fried eggs.  The cooking is made by stir-fried minced garlic and fresh chili until smell flavorful then add minced chicken to it.  Once the chicken is fully cooked sweet basil will be added and finished the dish.  

Ingredients: rice, chicken, eggs, sweet basil, garlic, fresh chili, fish sauce, vegetable oil/lard
