Moo Sa Tay (Grilled Pork Satay) + Toasted Bread

Moo sa tay is an appetizer dish or sometimes could be a whole meal when eating together with toasted bread.  It is made of slice pork which is marinated using ground coriander, ground turmeric, ground cumin, salt, sugar, and some seller also add milk to it.  The marinated pork is put on skewer and then grilled.  The finish ones are served with peanut sauce and pickle (cucumber slices, shallots, and chili pepper in white vinegar).

Ingredients: pork, salt, sugar, coriander, turmeric, cumin, peanut sauce, cucumber, shallots, chili pepper, vinegar, turmeric seasoned coconut milk (using while on the grill), bread
