Welcome To the 8th ISERPD & the 5th IWSS, Bangkok, Thailand 2023
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
On behalf of TSVA – Thai Swine Veterinarian Association, we are pleased to invite you to attend the 8th International Symposium on Emerging and Re-emerging Pig Diseases (ISERPD) and the 5th International Workshop on Streptococcus suis (IWSs) during 4-7 June 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Asian pig industry has gone through great changes in the last couple of years due to the ASF epidemic, whilst the global population is effected by SARs-CoV2 variances.
In response to the ever-changing environment in the pig industry, the 8th ISERPD & the 5th IWSs will gather a number of the world ́s renowned specialists in the swine emerging pathogens and disease management which will highlight the scientific program under the theme “Happy Pigs Hygienic Pork Healthy People”, aiming to promote the cooperation among swine practitioners.
We are also preparing to offer a hybrid event (online & on-site) with special online translators available in Chinese and Spanish, or more in an effort to facilitate attendees worldwide.
Thailand is known to world as the land of smiles and it is second to none when it comes to its Bangkok itself had for many years been the most visited city in the world. The dynamism of its tourist attractions and modernization is built on a strong cultural identity and historical heritage.
The Thai organizing committee would like to cordially invite you to explore the beautiful city of Bangkok at its best advantage and we pledge to do our utmost in order to organize a productive events alongside a memorable experience for all delegates.
